Digital Direct to Garment Printing simply means we can print any digital file (photo, design, artwork, etc.) directly to the apparel. Think of it as running shirts through a printer like you would with paper. The benefit of this is that we can create vibrant realistic prints without having to charge for extra colors. Also it affords us the ability to take on small orders because there is not big set-up to get the garment printed. We simply pre-treat the garment, run it through our Jumbo T-Jet printer, or T-Jet 2, and heat cure it when it comes out with a heat press. Our designs are not as thick as screen printing so you don’t have that sweaty, hot feeling on your body where the design is printed. Our prints are very vibrant and wash fast. You can expect your design to stay that way for many washes, just as a normal wear and tear Tee.

We have compiled a few of the jobs we have done and posted them here. You can see for yourself that we can make a print look as good as a screen print and even better when you add photo realistic graphics to your T-shirts and garments.

We can process small orders very quickly. Once we have the garment to be printed, it only takes a few hours to finish an order of 25 pieces or less. Our turn around is very good on small orders. Say goodbye to waiting 2 weeks for your shirts. We’ll have a small order done in a few days or day depending on the order.
